Out of these hotels in the UAE, which would you recommend for the best luxury? Emirates Palace, Burj Al Arab, Dar Al Masyaf at Madinat Jumeriah, Park Hyatt Dubai, Raffles Dubai or either of the Ritz Carltons?

There is a relevant difference if you are looking for a resort or for a business hotel....btw, having been in most of those, I think the two I would select are Park Hyatt and Dar Al Masyaf. I do not prefer the location of the Park anyway.
The Ritz is very nice for family with children but is a bit dated... and the service does not match the ritz international standard IMHO

Other Hotel you can certainly consider are the O&O properties and I hear the recently open on The Palm look great.
