Expedia-booked e-tickets are viewable in the "Fly Turkish" iPhone app. Tap "Reservations" then "E-Ticket" and use the number/name from your Expedia itinerary.

It only provides a basic view of the e-ticket details, so not terribly useful, but it may give you a warm fuzzy to know that your reservation was processed correctly. Interestingly, perhaps notably, the payment details clearly state 6108 TWD as the base fare for my U ticket.
