Painful experiences?

- Bill was not placed under doors
- Valet was up to 5 minutes late 1/2 of the time
- Not having your bill emailed
- Calling the person who books conferences rooms when they were off and getting voice mail
- Sometimes not having your SPG # attached
- Foursquare promotion not awarded points
- Complaining for points and not getting them

You want to be "impressed" and "won back"

These all seem like they could happen at any hotel in America. I don't think many on here would agree that these are "painful" experiences, more like minor inconveniences. I think 7,000 SPG points was more than fair for the problems that occurred.

Seems like your complaints and postings on here have may have an anterior motive. Two different names to post about the same problem? Isn't that agaist Flyertalk rules?

Please tell us what you feel should be done in order to have SPG impress you or win you back? I'd be curious to hear your answer as I feel 7,000 points was pretty generous.
