Several times recently I have been in the various TG lounges at BKK, and while they always seem to have a good selection of various alcohols (and the same old VERY tired selection of food), they never have wine. My usual traveling companion does not drink hard liquor but does enjoy wine.

Can anyone offer an explanation of TG's refusal to serve wine in their flagship longe? This lounge is used by a number of other carriers and should be a showpiece for TG. It can't be just about Thais as a number of Thais drink wine and a number of other carriers use this lounge, as well.
