So you get an immediate response from *wood, 7000 points before your complaints are even investigated, and you're right back on them because they ask you to give the property a few days to respond directly? Quite frankly, I can't help but wonder if there might be two sides to your "experiences" at the Peachtree...
Still, you've done the right thing - if you aren't happy after 20 stays, change hotels.
