I was terribly saddened to read your email and very sorry to note your comments regarding the level of service you received during your recent stays at The Westin Peachtree Plaza, Atlanta. While I can assure you that any neglect experienced in this instance would have been as a result of thoughtlessness rather than intent, please be assured, the issues raised will be addressed and appropriate action taken to prevent any guests being similarly inconvenienced in the future.

I have documented your comments in a Corporate Customer Service file and sent it to the hotel which will be reviewed by the Executive Team of the hotel and within Starwood. Your reference number is: 201102267931. Please allow up to five days for the hotel to contact you directly.

In the meantime I have taken the liberty of credit your SPG account with 7000 Starpoints which is the equivalent of a free night at The Westin Peachtree Plaza, Atlanta.
