Im in need of a new 22". I've narrowed it down to these two-- quite a large gap between them. They seem very similar in terms of functionality, but the tourbach obviously looks more durable.

Aside from durability, are there any big diff's between these two? Is one far more "functional" than the other?

I travel 2-4 times per month, always carry on. Looking for excellent quality and functionality and will pay a premium for it- but im not just going to buy the more expensive model just because its more expensive. In this case, Id like to know why the tourbach commands almost 2X the price.
