I'd suggest that for this to actually be a conga, you should receive 1 referral, then that person should post and receive a referral, etc. If you receive 10 referrals, how does anyone else benefit?

If 10 people all request referrals from you, how do those 10 benefit? How do you prioritize those as far as who receives referrals? A conga is the OP receives 1 referral, that person that was the referral then receives a referral, etc., not one person receives 10 while the rest get nothing, or get 1 each.
