This thread has inconsistent answers (maybe because the answer changes from time to time as policy changes), but I don't see anything since the "Free Internet for Elites" rule was extended to Europe in January.

My understanding was that this rule applied to Courtyards in Europe as well as FS, but would like someone to definitively confirm or deny.
