I would suggest that you go into MMB (Manage My Booking) and see if you can tailor a meal for your daughter - maybe request a vegetarian and take your own food on with you - there is nothing wrong with bringing your own food on with you. I too used to feel a bit quesy when flying. I found the easiest way around it was to eat a nice meal before flying, have nothing onboard other than a drink, and a good meal on arrival. Also some 'distractions' would be good - avoid the window seat!!
