No it's their fault they can't communicate, have something legitimate to tell customers. Also they have planes at the gates, but they won't print off passenger manifests, and check us in the old fashioned way.
We shouldn't be hearing 10 different stories from 10 different Delta employees.
Maybe update the website with relevant information, and present alternatives if possible, if no alternatives are available, then they should tell us.
How can they print without power?
