Am flying LHR to/from Seattle with BA in the summer and wondering what the standard in-flight meals were like.

Never flown with BA before (usually Virgin Atlantic) am assuming will be similar?

DD is a bit of a fussy eater, rarely eats anything of VA standard adult meals or snacks, most she ever ate was on her first flight when she was able to order a child's meal but she's too old now.

Tried ordering her a vegetarian meal last year (to get the fresh fruit salad for breakfast on the return flight), otherwise she just ends up eating bread rolls.

can anyone give me an idea of typical standard or vegetarian meal please?
