Sorry das about your less than perfect trip.

United's sporadic service in United Business is the primary reason, why I have never flown United international for the past ten years. Dealing with United's ground staff is always frustrating. They are always suspicious and are worried that you are taking advantage of United. Boeing 767-200 is one of the weakest planes in United's fleet. The C class seats are simply badly designed and United does not seem to be interested in changing them.

About menu details, you did a good job. I had my flight log when I traveled, so I took lots of notes on the contents. Even more notes that the secret quality-control United personnel, who actually flew many UA flights to spy on the F/As.
