Personally, I think I prefer UA at this point. UA has the Economy Plus section, better food, no fee for movies (and audio on most flights), and generally better customer service. UA lacks in baggage handling, and reliability, but I'm pretty pissed over getting no compensation on a 4 hour delay with CO.


Anyway, great report Carfield. Southwest is a decent airline, if you can take the long lines, and frequent "small" delays. The 73Gs are nice, because they have more legroom.
