Which airlines have "couple-unfriendly" seating in Business? (eg AC pods)

I am trying to work out an award ticket in business, involving both trans Pacific and trans Atlantic. Due to their "couple-unfriendly" pod type seating in business (never mind the fuel surcharges) we want to avoid Air Canada.

However I have not experience of many other business class cabins, except for NH, OZ and TG. When we flew with them they had "couple-friendly" seating - but that was a few years ago.

What, if any, other *A airlines have pod type seating in business, which makes it difficult for a couple to talk to each other (what else were you thinking? )
