Indeed, would it really be so much effort to heaten up the bread (if only in F/J)? It makes bread so much nicer to eat, especially on airplanes.
I don't think they package it properly. Even in F, the bread comes in little fabric bags which have bright orange tags on them saying DO NOT USE IN OVEN.
