I think that is a fair summary for many of us, particularly now that there is no distinction between the Silver and Gold tiers for earning BA Miles.

I do often choose row 1 on SH flights, so this is a benefit that I enjoy.

I do enjoy using the GF and use it quite a few times a year. This is a material benefit to me.

I do not fly enough to qualify for the GUF2 and have, fortunately, not needed to use benefit of Arrivals Lounge access after a LH flight in Y....

As I often cannot get a Spa treatment when travelling in J or F, not that I am too worried, I am not sure that this benefit for GCH travelling in Y is too much of a benefit?

I do feel that I receive a good service from BA generally, although this may not always be as a result of my GCH status.
