Thanks for your input, guys. So, the crucial element is the mapping - and we don't know what it is. Since OnePass says SA classes M, K, H, S, Q, T, V, L, W, G get 100% and does not list any that get 50% it is even possible that (if LH S doesn't map to one of the above) that I could get NONE! Since I need at least one half of the MAN-MUC-JNB trip at 100% to make Elite (had to start from scratch with *A because my status was with KL, not CO) and I haven't booked yet I suspect that the safest route would be to book outbound leg in LH V on principle - book the return in S to keep the cost down and se what I get
