Starwood/Westin - What Has Happened to Them???

Considering my multiple attempts to share my ongoing bad experiences with the Westin Peachtree, Atlanta - my hope is that someone will now listen.

I have stayed a total of ~20-days at the Westin Peachtree. My experience with this property is a far miss (on a good day) from my past Starwood stays. Challenges have included:

* Asking to have my bill placed under my door before the evening of a checkout - this did not happen
* Calling to have my car pulled up from valet parking - 50% of the time it was not pulled-up, the other 1/2 of the time I had to wait a good 5-minutes. I also always gave a good 10-minute lead time. Sometimes the concierge would even ask me to call them direct (is this not the purpose of a concierge???)
* Not having my proper room rate used, for which my bill would be emailed to me. Which it was not. When I asked for it, the person I spoke with in-person, who was to email it to me, did not even recognize me - I had to ask for it again.
* In trying to book a conference room, I was told 'the person who handles this does not come in until tomorrow, they can help you.' I called this person and got their vmail. I am busy, so I called the concierge, they said I would need to call this person - I noted I was sent to their vmail and needed help. The concierge was perplexed. I called the manager and this was finally taken care of.
* For about 1/3 of my stays my SPG # was not affixed to my account, so was I treated like a one-night stay guest - likely so.
* I signed-up for your 4Square promotion. 4Square is linked to SPG. I have checked in multiple times (9 to be exact). Yet 4Square still notes the prize as unlocked... you guys may want to look into this as I called your 1.800# and they had no idea how to help me. So, can I partake or not...
* Upon checking out, one of the lobby attendees asked how my stay was - I said mediocre. Her response, I will credit you some points. Great, sure I think - it is never going to happen. Has it, no.

There are about 10 other examples I could give, yet I think you get the point. I'm pretty much trapped now with this many stays invested and as you can see from my travel plans, I am showing no sign of slowing my travel down... please try to at least respond, much less impress me and win me back. In fact, I often have multiple rooms booked at the same night as a single traveler (using one city as my basecamp for one-night stays in other cities).

Also posting this to FlyerTalk as others out there may have similar experiences. Will share your response.
