I was scheduled for a BOS-IAD-MCO tonight. BOS-IAD severely delayed, can't make the IAD-MCO connection. I've been rescheduled on IAD-MCO for tomorrow morning so I'll miss my booking for tonight in MCO. Called Hotwire Express, they refunded my MCO booking and rebooked me at IAD without any fee. Really nice.
