On EWR-MUC flight as CO 5005 code share.

I'm CO Plat and UA 1K. I'm in D-class Biz.

Is there any way to get upgraded to First (SeatGuru makes it look like First has real flatbeds).

I'm assuming LH only sees me as *Gold, and that COPlat doesn't matter even though it's a CO codeshare?

Are there ever complimentary upgrades?

I have 2010 SWUs from CO, but I think they can't be used on "operated by" flights.

Any other option to get into the flat bed?

And is it really worth it on this aircraft Airbus 340-600?
