+1 - I've noticed quite a few people lately who try to listen to their own devices or not wanting to use the earbud style earphones.

I quite like being able to use IFE from gate to gate (when the FA's actually turn it on). I would hate it if this went away because of a few people who refuse to follow TC's rules.
