I mean, I absolutely believe in pushing back and making life as miserable as possible for anyone who works for the TSA, but the reality is that through threats, fines, threats of fines, unlawful detainment, and deliberately taking too long to screen, they do have the upper hand with certain passengers - namely those who have to make a flight that's leaving soon.

This way the pax could say "Fine, I don't have time to argue with you. There it's deleted, see?" Then contact a lawyer on his/her own time and sue for...harrassment, whatever.

For the record, I do agree with you. Not trying to be argumentative, but I like considering the different angles.
I'm not much of a teckie but there are ways to stream video/audio straight from your smart phone to YouTube. Might do some looking around for it.
