What is up with the new twitter account?
It used to have useful information about travel waivers and twares, but right now all I see is 100+ messages saying "We’ve replaced it. Unfortunately our intended message-bringing 2 airlines together-wasn’t delivered by the ad at that location." (for context, see
this thread about a new "You're going to like where we land" ad at the world trade center site, oops)
Do they really need to reply to each person individually? Have they not learned about direct messaging?
