More bonus miles is the best benefit, and F-lounges/check-in worldwide (usually quieter and smarter). If you don't care about those, its not worth it over Silver as otherwise not much else. Never use arrivals lounge, never use 2x Joker, don't care about more Y redemptions. OpUp priority exists perhaps, but its a complete lottery anyway (typically loads of GCH and Prems on L/H flights esp NYC). I used the anytime lounge access more than all those other benefits.

Possibility to get Partner Card, GGL, CCR Card and GUF2, though they all require a HUGE amount more travel.
