Just quick tip if you ever want to request medallion upgrade for your companion(s) who are not in the same itineary number, and not have status.
Tweet @deltaassist both your and your compainons' confirmations numbers, and the twitter agent will cross reference two itinearies in 10 mintues.
I used to call delta for this, but phone agents aren't very helpful to me.

However, after"cross reference", it won't show up in "My trip" still. Get tripit or tripcase on your smart phone may be a good idea.
