A few that spring to mind for me:-
Flounge access.
Rows 1 and 2 on domestic.
Exit rows for free in economy.
Possibly improved chances of an upgrade.
Exit rows for free in economy and premium economy
Definite improved chances of an upgrade (if there are any, they'll be before Silver)
Ability to use redemption joker (2 x miles)
Additional use of Arrivals lounge
