Actually had this happen on a PIT mileage run back in December.

DL 6548 JFK-PIT as part of a PIT-TXL bonus miles MR.
DL 6548 PIT-JFK as part of my positioning flight.

Both posted with no problems and the JFK-PIT that was part of the double EQM run posted with the extra bonus while the PIT-JFK just got the diamond 124%. But it took special intervention to get the bonus miles for the PIT special.
