Use them in the many other programs that AmEx still partners with which often can have better options that UA/CO. Want to go to S. America? OW is a better partner thanks to LA and AA. Asia? OW can be pretty solid there, too, particularly if you want a premium cabin award and don't want to deal with being blocked from SQ.
I don't plane to move any over, though that might change.

In most cases with the new chart this is a horrible valuation.
