TG 924 BKK - MUC : faulty AVOD system
Flew recently on TG924 BKK-MUC. Business class. The entertainment system was faulty for all the Business class cabin passengers. The steward tried to reboot the system, but still the movies/tv shows were spotty at best throughout the whole flight.
Wrote a letter to complain to Royal Orchid Service. Was offered 10000 miles as compensation. Should I accept it ? Counter-offer ?
