Apologies if this is answered elsewhere, but I have been unable to find anything about it. I have a ticketed American Airlines award on IB/BA MAD-LHR-HKG-LHR-MAD in July.

I now want to continue to MNL instead of Hong Kong. I know CX flies between HKG-MNL. Can I add the segments to the existing booking or would I have to start from scratch? There is no more availability on the HKG-LHR flights for the dates I want to travel and I would rather not buy a separate ticket to Manila.
