i think as the other poster says, you will get a good luck and if your flying down the back they might even bring you a glass of champers, but i very much doubt that BA would consider free upgrades or free excess bags.

you might want to have a read of the sticky at the top of the page and consider signing up for various credit cards and collecting tesco vouchers for conversion to BA. This could well help you along the way towards a nice holiday in a premium cabin in the future
