How much luggage do you have? If you have a lot and since you are right near the Opera area--the departing point for the Roissybus (this is not the AF bus) this would be the best choice (allow an extra hour for traffic, the worst that will happen is that you will have too much time to kill at CDG). Unfortunately the RER system is set up so that transfers from one RER to another is very easy, but from the Metro to an RER involves lots of walking through passageways. A few blocks from the Opera area is the Auber (line A RER) station and at Chatleet-Les Halles there is an easy connection to line B (going north) to CDG.
