DM+ is the Invitation level of the MPC programme. It is given out at the discretion of CX. It is not based on miles, but it is based on your buying power. Say of a corporation, or a decision maker of a company .. or someone important.

Guy, isn't that the DM IN level? DM+ is for the top 1% of DM members in terms of revenue, isn't it? I heard it was at least 100k from full fare J or F and possibly more given the strong economy in Asia.
