In the United States In 'n' Out is the best hands down among those listed above (including Culvers....butter? Really?). The whole Shake Shack and 5 guys thing, not even close.

Anyway, I challenge all of you to view burgers in quite the same way ever again after doing a round of three places I have come to love here in Tokyo. Not pricey, just incredibly good. Large portions, great beef, and built with a true sense of pride.
