Sorry, don't agree. That's exactly how they want us to feel...so grateful to them for just allowing us to stay at their property.
No thanks....way too many options out there to froth at the mouth at this particular property.
Actually, if I'm going to spend $$, there are other places I would go first....if I'm going to pay a ridiculous amount of points (above and beyond what is typically required), I won't use them on a place that really doesn't even participate in the general MR benefits.
That's why I was checking...I realize it is different at some properties, regardless of what is in the rules.
We've visited this place as well....it was okay, but I wouldn't stay there in a room that is on the bottom rung. I've been Plat/Diamond way too long to start there again. I can now just cross this off my list...it had to be really awesome to get us to return to Hawaii again. Made our decision easier now. We don't even need to consider it any longer.
