One tough decision, Ms. Kawell says, involved boarding pets. Continental sends animals in kennels up the belt loader facing the plane, while United sends them up with the pets facing the ramp workers. "Is it scary for the dog to see the cargo hold?" she says they wondered. In the end, the United method won.
Whew!!!!! Thank God that something of importance from UA prevailed!
