LH uses the same crew.
I guess the flight times of this rotation are optimised to get people from Egypt onto the FRA longhauls to the US and back.

Also remember that currently the daytime rotation FRA-CAI-FRA is still cancelled.

I do however agree that the 04:30am departure in CAI is a bit tough...
