This so confusing.

Yesturday i phoned and told me my ticket means i can carry 10kilos which seems different to what jetstar website indicated
While on the jetstar website indicates no more then 7kilos or u will be charge per kilo
'
So what is it really ? carry on bag 7kilos or 10kilos this time? one says a different missleading information.
