Without status and assuming the longhaul flight is on UA metal access is permitted at all RCCs on the trip but not at partner lounges. I do not know if PClubs are considered "same" enough yet to be included which is what the situation would be at LAS. But SNA-ORD-FRA on all UA would get access in SNA. If the ORD-FRA were on LH then access is officially granted only at the gateway city so yes at ORD and no at SNA in the prior example.
