The LAX Shuttle & Airline Connections service operates on lower level roadway. Walking from T4 to TBIT will take a fraction of the time that you'll spend on the shuttle going all the way around the airport to transfer terminals.

Hi,

T4 does advertise a bus between T4 and TBIT specifically for Qantas ( QF flights leaving TBIT. IIRC it runs between 4pm and midnight? I'm not sure if you are not a QF pax you can use it though?
