How did you even make E if you think there are giant doors that prevent you from getting to the galley? It is policed by the FA's and they do not want people congregating in the front galley. There is only one cockpit door. Certain aircrafts are equipped with a wire door that is used to prevent entrance to the front galley when the captain is in the bathroom, this is usually on US carriers.
As an E, you must have flown at least 35k miles or 50 segments, how can you not know the answer to this question, were you asking a joke because that would be kind of funny as you got two pages of responses with no one questioning the post.
