Not the announcement language but on CX879 recently I noticed Indian FAs in both J and Y (I was in the lower J cabin). There were a few other Indian-looking folks in J and probably plenty in Y, but never seen any other than Chinese or Filipino FAs until now. Looks like they're following SQ to cater to a large traveling segment.
