I haven't had any problems either, just saying two pax with the same name and same FF# could end up with problems should a red flag go up and DL decided to check the birthdate of the actual FF. Not worth it getting caught to get a few extra skymiles. Bottomline being even with the same first and last name and a different BD, the possiblity would bring up questions.
