A quote from the same page: "If your ticketed booking class is not included in this chart, for example Y,B,M in Economy Class, then you will earn full mileage according to the class of service flown."
So I would go by the UA list of fares and just remove the ones that TG says earn 0.

Further you earn different amount of miles for the same booking class of one airline by being a member of different *A FF program. eg if you are a miles & more member, you are earning 100% miles for LH booking class Q, V where else if you are a TG FF member you earn 0 miles...
The different FF programs make up their own rules. That's just how it is. So you just have to double-check before you make a purchase (which is probably the whole point of your post). Just remember to avoid codeshare flights where possible. Then you don't have to worry about how the fare you bought maps to the actual fare and then how that relates to mileage earning.
