Just come out of Terminal 4, turn left, and walk approx. 100 yards to the TBIT. If you take the bus, you will need to go all the way around the airport in order to come back to the TBIT...a real waste of time.
The main advantage of taking the bus is that you stay 'airside' and don't have the bother of going through security again.
