Does anyone know if there is an easy way to find them?

When you go into the hotels page after you have clicked on the flight+hotel part it is 10,000 miles for CW holidays and 5,000 miles for WT and WT+ and this should be in red lettering. It is displayed in red on each hotel on the results page. I would have thought it would have applied to all destinations.
Make sure you are logged in and I am sure you will be aware to check if you do it seperately that there
IS availability to upgrade before using miles. There have been glitches with people trying to book and upgrade on ba.com. However if you call BA, tell them it can't be done online they will usually waive the fee.
Also remember you cannot upgrade using miles from the regions if you were not already aware.
I'm pretty sure doing it seperately doesn't give you ATOL protection but hardly likely BA are about to go bust! Plently of cover if you book through AMex, Visa etc. and in the unlikely event you were stuck, due to a flood or something BA would still be obliged to ge you home.
Good luck ^
