Completely subjective and contrary to my experience. Don't want to get into argument about SQ vs QF, but all I want to say that every person will have their own opinion on the two airlines, and the spread will cover all ends of the spectrum.
Irrespective of service or FF programs, in the Y cabin, I thought SQ's day flight to LHR (which I took last month) was fantastic and way better than either the SQ or QF midnight flights, so for me this makes SQ mighty appealing ex-SIN when travelling in Y.
