The IC is opposite the water but far from most things.

CP on the beach is super tiny rooms, super tourist experience, beautiful ocean view on boardwalk.
CP on the Ayalon is a businessman destination, very Israeli experience.

Numerous factors at play. The IC recently went to 40K (!) which IMHO is way too much. The 2 CPs are 25K. The ocean site is pretty, no benefits at all. Ayalon site - upgrades, sometimes free Interenet, attached to western style mall.
