I assume you're wait listing? If you are, be careful...I'm not sure how it works from AMS, but when you fly business/first from LHR there is an extra tax tacked onto your ticket that you pay along with the copayment when you wait list. If you don't clear, CO refunds the copay automatically but not the taxes. I emailed them the last time this happened and they never got back to me. I had to resort to disputing the charge on my Amex.
